Telemedicine is the process of providing health care from a distance using a secure video conferencing application. With an internet connection and the camera on your cell phone, laptop, or computer, the system allows patients and providers to see each other face to face, as if everyone is sitting in the same room. 

Attending appointments through telemedicine increases access to providers and reduces transportation issues, the need for child care, time taken away from work, and the risk of transmitting COVID and other illnesses during the cold/flu seasons.
