- Unable to attend your scheduled visit: please call the office 24 hours in advance to cancel. If you are unable to reach us by phone please leave a message on our voicemail.
- Late Cancellation and No Show Policy:Three (3) missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in termination of care in our clinic.
- New Patients: If you are new patient and do not show or provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for your first visit, we will not be able to reschedule you for future appointments.
