Appointment Cancellations and No Shows

  • Need a Refill: Please call your pharmacy, even if your bottle states there are no refills remaining. 


  • Request a refill before you run out: Please call your pharmacy before you run out and allow 3 business days for your refill to be processed. 


  • Medication Changes: Before a medication change can be approved you must have a visit with your provider. Medication changes can not be approved over the phone.


  • Switching pharmacies: call the pharmacy you want to begin using. Ask the new pharmacy to call the pharmacy you are leaving and request a transfer of your prescription information.

  • Unable to attend your scheduled visit: please call the office 24 hours in advance to cancel. If you are unable to reach us by phone please leave a message on our voicemail.
  • Late Cancellation and No Show Policy:Three (3)  missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in termination of care in our clinic.


  • New Patients: If you are new patient and do not show or provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for your first visit, we will not be able to reschedule you for future appointments.

  • Someone is always available to  answer your call - Phones are answered by our staff  from  9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Friday phone hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM only. Please follow the prompts on our phone message greeting to be directed to our  after hours representatives.


  • Non Emergent calls: If at any time you are directed to our voice mail, please leave a detailed message. On regular business days, our voice mail box is  checked multiple times  and messages are routed to the appropriate person. Please keep in mind, staff and providers make every effort to address your messages as quickly as possible. However,  your provider may not be available to return calls the same business day. 


  • Emergencies:  If you should have an emergent need, call service representatives are available at all times. Follow the prompts within phone message greeting and your call will be routed to the after hours service.
